One thing that I love to do is take old jewelry that I haven't worn in years and make it hip and chic. A current trend that I'm obsessed with is the NEON trend. Rockin' neon colors is an easy way to boost any outfit and if you do it subtly it makes a really big impact!

The tools you will need to do this are a piece of newspaper and neon colored nail polish. The best part about it is it only takes a few minute and you can be rockin' your neon jewelry in an instant.
