Broom Skirts aren't just for witches :) They are simply fabulous and easy breezy. As you can see below you can pair it with leggings underneath, a tight mini or cotton booty shorts. I recently just purchased one in black from Forever21 and I can't wait for the opportunity to rock it. It's gonna be hot!!
