Lena Mary Calhoun Horne was one of the original divas!! She had a style and grace all her own. Her voice was like butter and her beauty was supernatural. She has always been an icon of mine because she was triple threat (like me). Lena Horne was a singer, dancer and actress. Mrs. Horne blessed us by starring in such classic movies like Stormy Weather and Cabin in the Sky. Sadly Lena Horne died on May 9, 2010 but her spirit and memorabilia lives on.
